Action: Specify either ‘YES’ or ‘NO’.
ORA-38147: invalid commit value specified
Cause: Specified commit value was neither YES or NO.
Action: Specify either ‘YES’ or ‘NO’.
ORA-38148: invalid time limit specified
Cause: Specified time limit value was not a positive integer.
