Action: Re-specify either the PARENT or NEW referencing value.

Cause: cannot pin the database/schema because of too much concurrency
Action: try the operation later
ORA-25020: renaming system triggers is not allowed
Cause: renaming system triggers is not allowed
Action: Drop the trigger, and create a new one for the same
